No, there’s no time limit in which you must complete your training. You can split your training up over many different sessions if you wish, or complete it in one go. You’re free to learn entirely at your own pace.
Yes, you can register for a demo which allows you to complete part of the training for free. You can register for a demo by pressing the interactive demo button on the relevant product page of any of our courses.
Yes! Our courses can be taken from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a device with an internet connection. We’re happy to share completed course certificates through e-mail. If you are taking the course from outside the India, please check if your chosen course covers the legislation in your country.
Getting started with your training couldn’t be easier! Just add your desired course(s) to your basket and check out. We’ll then send you a username and password that will give you instant access to your training, and you’re ready to go.
If you’re purchasing training for your team then you need to add the number of courses you require to your basket. Once you’ve made the purchase you will be emailed a list of login details that you can distribute to your staff.
Yes you can. Just choose the PayPal option when you are ready to check out. If you pay by PayPal, we will use your PayPal email address to create the username for your training account.

When purchasing the training please enter the details of the cardholder. When the learner logs in for the first time they will be asked to enter their own details.
When you purchase training from us, we will send you full instructions on how to get started straight away. If you’ve not received an email from us please check your junk or spam folders. If you have purchased a single course, you will have chosen a password for yourself when you registered for an account. If you need us to reset this then please contact our Support Team by calling +91-7986287191 or emailing us at email@example.com
If you are experiencing issues completing your course we recommend clearing your cache, which you can do on your browser. In most cases when you log back into your account you will be able to proceed without issue. Assessments & Certificates
Yes. If you don’t pass, don’t worry! You can take the assessment as many times as you need with no extra charge.
Providing that your training has been fully paid for, you can download an electronic, PDF copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course.
Yes, that’s not a problem! Simply write to us at email@example.com and details of the name change.
You can login to your training account and download a PDF replacement at any time or please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
